可在安卓獲取Absurdum的歷史版本
一個字遊戲的書卷氣。
"I am an able-bodied man. . . . I am a fine-toothed man. I am a modular man. I believe my part is diseased. However, I know nothing at all about my disease, and do not know for certain what ails me. I don't salute a crown for it, and never have, though I have a respect for the future and vacations."
Create passages like this and much more by merely filling in the blanks. It's easy (provided you recall the difference between an abstract noun and a concrete noun . . . do you?).
Twenty passages have been pulled from classic stories like The Tell-Tale Heart and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and here and there words have been removed. You are asked to provide a list of words that are used to fill in the blanks. See, easy.
Oh, and remember that adverbs can be replaced with adverbial phrases such as, "like pearls before swine" and, "with the grace of a meteor crashing into a bathtub." The more creative you are with the words you provide the better the results.
