With just a few clicks or swipes, you’ll be able to see schedules, add events to your calendar, set up reminders, see information about fellow attendees, share your contact information, navigate your way to breakout sessions and individual meetings, find out more about speakers and even create a contact list and keep a notebook about each event.
Schedules and Speakers:
Easily search the full schedule of events by day, topic or speaker. You can bookmark events for later viewing or simply add them to your schedule. You can set up reminders, make notes or add photos of the event whenever you’d like. The Speaker search lets you learn more about individual speakers and which sessions they are hosting.
All attendees can be found in the app’s comprehensive directory. Simply search by name and click on a profile to find out more information about the individual attendee including their bio, photos and contact information.
The Map icon will take you to a directory of maps and floorplans to help you navigate the meeting location. From ballrooms to restaurants, let the app show you the way!
A full description of the location and its amenities is always available on the app. Plus you’ll have quick access to phone numbers and extensions that you’ll need, making this section an indispensable resource while you are on site.
The search feature is the easiest way to find anything you need at the event. Just type in the first few letters of what you’re looking for and the app will return results to get you started.
Finally, when you tap the icon in the upper left corner of your app, it will take you to your dashboard where you can find the schedule you’ve created plus any notifications, contacts and notes you’ve added to the app.
