TransGanization School of Thought (T.S.O.T) is an intense school of thought that exists to work with the organizations and is built keeping only Entrepreneur and his day to day struggles in mind.
An entrepreneur has 2 personalities in him, an irrational dreamer who is full of madness and a rational, thought provoking and down to earth individual. The conflict of these two personalities creates the dreams into realities and if one of them becomes stronger than the other at any given time either the dream is not formed or post forming it loses luster which leads to the fall of him and the organization he built.
Hence, to cater to the above problem T.S.O.T provides him with a process of internal healing which needs to be carried out at every moment. This healing has to be done keeping his business environment (which is in a state of constant change) in mind and it’s not just the spiritual healing. Thus, Transformation as an exercise cannot “BEGIN” or “END” anywhere, it is the “Constant” & “Conscious” effort to keep oneself updated.
