The app has been designed to work in conjunction with our call centre and accounting software.
We use a customized accounting software, a call centre and the Tradies Saviour app to take on the quote and invoice functions of our clients. Our client will call us to relay the information that we need to produce a quote. All quotes and invoices are sent to our clients app to approve before we send them onto their customers. From there on we will follow up the quote and try secure the business. Once the job has been completed, we will convert the quote to invoice and follow up the customer to collect the payment.
Effectively, we will become a personal assistant for our clients. This will make our client more efficient and productive and free up their time.
