This app has been created by Dave, W1HKJ and can be used to decode digital modes used on shortwave and other forms of radio including programmes such as VOA Radiogram and DigiDX., CW (morse) and RTTY.

Tivar is an Android app that provides read-only access to nearly all of
the digital signals associated with fldigi. The main objective of this
development is to provide a low power highly-portable, as in mobile or
backpack, fldigi read-only solution. There is no facility to transmit any
signal.
