Create the progressions you want. Create the exercises for each progression. Choose between dynamic and isometric exercises. You can set the progression standard, the tempo and the break between the sets of each exercise. For each progression mark one of the exercises as the active one. Create workouts in which you can include your own progressions. When you perform the workout, you will perform the active exercises of the progressions you have included. As soon as you hit the progression standard, don't forget to change the active exercise!
Choose to perform one of your workouts. Each workout includes the progressions that you have already defined in the Manage tab. As soon as you finish warming up, tap play and start doing the exercises. Focus on performing each set. Theagenes keeps the tempo, counts the reps or the seconds and counts the break time. All you have to do is to PERFORM.
Every set of every exercise you are performing, is being saved in our database as soon as you tap the EXERCISE FINISHED button. Access your logs anytime and study them in order to extract useful information about your performance. We have organized your logs per workout date as long as per progression.
