In addition, you save time, get greater flexibility and the possibility for total control. With our app, our customers have access to a variety of functions in the Web Office, including:
· New! Receipt, in which you swiftly can photograph receipts and either match them automatically to the card invoice or handle them as normal expenses. Streamlines and digitizes the entire company's receipt handling.
· New! Scanner, where you easily can scan documents that are merged into one PDF file. The file can then be send by email or as a message to any recipient.
· To-do list, where we collect information about what you need to handle, for example, payment to approve.
· Document Archive, which gives you complete control over all the documents, that easily can be shared with your consultant at Grant Thornton.
· Case management, with the cases that needs to be handled in a transparent list. You receive a notification via SMS or email whenever there is a case to handle and you will furthermore always have access to all the communication with your contacts at Grant Thornton.
· Electronic invoice management, where you streamline the management of your supplier invoices by approving them directly in the app.
Login to the app is done with very safe functionality, where we except e-ID, mobile e- ID, Google / Microsoft Authenticator and mobile text OTP.
