Owned and operated by the Lawrence-Grant family, we have been making and delivering pizzas in this location since August 7, 1984. From day one we have used a 100 year old Klondike gold rush sourdough starter to give our customers what we think is the best crust possible! We use that same dough recipe to make our own fresh hoagie rolls daily. Every week we make close to 2,000 pounds of sourdough dough and shred close to 500 pounds of cheese. Since 1984 we have employed more than 2,000 people from Bainbridge Island and surrounding areas in Kitsap county and have donated to over 30 local non-profits and schools.
