30/30 is a 30 day fitness program that involves body weight and light weight exercises for any fitness level. Each workout is a 30 minute AMRAP, and each day works a different, specific muscle group. Every workout is different! This is a great program to do with a friend. You'll work at your own level, and you'll do as many rounds as you can do in the time frame, and you'll work hard and get results!
42 DAYS OF TAK is a 7 week intense fitness program designed to increase metabolism, burn fat, and build and sculpt muscle. You'll work hard 6 days a week for 7 weeks. Each TAK focuses on a specific muscle group - pulling, pushing, legs, and full body, and every workout is different. Exercises can be modified (demos show modified versions) to suit your fitness level but still push you hard to get awesome results!
