Location-based attendance reporting
The application tracks the geographical location from which In- and Out-times are recorded and displays degree of accuracy. Punches received from outside the specified range are defined as exceptions and flagged for verification.
Timestamps are created at the exact time of reporting according to the time zone in which the organization is operating. This allows the system to record punches from abroad in local time.
In addition, the system allows employees to view all punches for the current date. By clicking the punch, they can view the map or the coordinates of the location from which the punch was entered.
Display of vacation balance
The application allows employees to view their vacation balance data: allowance, usage, and vacation balance. An expanded view shows both last year's balance and the current year's allowance (Note: Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system is required).
The Synerion Mobile application allows the employees to view their Timesheet based on data from the Synerion Attendance system (Note: Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system is required).
In the portrait orientation on the phone, the employee can view his/hers daily attendance and absence data, including error indication, in the current or previous period. In the landscape orientation, he/she can also view the regular, overtime and deficiency hours, as well as summery of these columns.
Reporting on Start/End of Task
Synerion Mobile enables employees to submit reports in real time on start/end of tasks (These capabilities require integration with Synerion's labor costing system).
Task reporting by smartphone supports the organization’s reporting conventions. Employees can view all their submitted reports for the current date. Punching the report button displays the task details, the time it was submitted and location from which it was made.

After contacting Synerion, to activate the application for the first time, enter the company name and define user name and password. Employees must first be registered to enable certain identification. After the system administrator approves the registration, the employee can use the application.
