內容除了緊扣新山人的食衣住行，更高度關注發酵中的優質生活步調和時尚品味。介紹新山熱門好去處的同時，也定時捕捉新山街頭的有型素人、品味人士、藝文活動，以及充滿設計風格的獨立小店等。

通過5位八零後的視角，將資訊集中、整理、 篩選、 分類，並以親自編輯、攝影、設計的方式，擺脫冗長繁雜的資訊接收速度，建立一套清爽、輕鬆的模式：定時更新的小份量 ，剛剛好。

Sync希望未來透過分享和交流，和新山人一起進步成長、交換故事，發展出專屬於新山在地的生活品味與態度。
