"Stoliki" for restaurateur is the system of accounting guest flow which can accept reservations via Internet:

1) via www.stoliki.ru

2) via mobile iOS/Android mobile apps where guests can choose your place and make a reservation.

3) via local web-sites who are partners of our service (2gis.ru, goldenvilka.ru, vibirai.ru, spr.ru, etc.)/

You can create room/hall with tables just like in real life. Guest can see your room/hall plan and can reserve a table he most likes is.

Requirements:

1) Internet connection

2) License key which we will give you through your personal page here: http://cabinet.stoliki.ru. With this key we will understand that a reservation should be send right on your device. If you still don't have your personal page, you can add your place here: http://stoliki.ru/add/ and we will make a license key for you.

3) Track incoming requests and add offline reservations. In this way, you will have history of regular guests visits in your app and on your personal page.

For best experience, we recommend you to use tablets, but smartphones are also good.

But that's not all! Now you can make deposits on selected tables and your guests can pay for it via Internet. Undoubtedly, this will increase the number of pulse reserves - guests won't spend their money on other attractions while bringing you money offline.

Steps to start working:

1) Get your license key on your personal page

2) Run the app, go to "Settings" - "License key". Enter the license key

3) Go to "Settings" - "Rooms/halls and tables edit"

4) Add your rooms/halls

5) Add your tables

6) Go to "Settings", turn on "Tables edit mode"

7) Go to "Rooms/halls and tables". Place tables on room/hall's plan

8) Go to "Settings", turn off "Tables edit mode"

9) Done! You can now earn on your competitive advantage!

Steps for adding offline reservations:

1) Tap on "Add a reservation"

2) Enter the data about reservations: date, time, No. of guests, name, tel. and comments

3) Choose a table

4) Great! Now you have your 1st guest in your base.

Steps for changing reservation status coming via Internet:

1) When you have a new reservation via Internet, you will have shimmering inscription "New - 1". Tap on it.

2) You will open a list of unprocessed requests. You can add a table and save a reservation for each requests

3) To approve or cancel the request hold your finger on reservation for 1 sec. and it will open pop-up menu with statuses. Choose the right one

4) Awesome! Guest got an SMS about his request!

For making a table "Occupied" you will need to hold on it for 1 sec. and will open pop-up menu with choosing No. of guests. Double tap makes a table free. We recommend you to use this function to make a statistics about visiting your tables.
