We’re serious about safekeeping your account, so we ask for email and phone verification when you log in on the SoSure app. Once you have verified your account, you can login quickly with either your email address OR your mobile phone number – we won’t make you prove it over and over again!

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE

For Online retailers:
1. You may use SoSure’s app OR website to shop online!
2. Make sure you are logged in so we can register your rewards
3. On SoSure’s app/website, find the website you wish to shop from (e.g. Myer)
4. Follow the link to the official retailer’s website (e.g. www.myer.com.au)
5. Make your purchases on the website as usual (see our online shopping page for tips about cookies and Adblock to make sure your rewards are credited to you correctly)
6. Within 10 days, you’ll get your online rewards in your SoSure Wallet!

HOW TO SHOP IN-STORE (Melbourne only)

For our restaurants & other brick-and-mortar businesses, please:
1. Link a valid debit/credit card to your account in the SoSure app
2. Search for the shop you wish to pay in the App
3. Choose if you wish to apply any rewards to your purchase
4. Click “Pay Now”
5. Let the cashier know which picture you have (e.g. ‘apple’)
6. The cashier will enter the amount to pay; confirm this on your phone
7. You’ll see a receipt for payment and any earned rewards pop up; all done!
