After entering connection settings, consisting of a connection URL, user name and password, mobile application will read all necessary settings and authorisation from smartClick CRM server. The functionality of this mobile application is controlled by settings made on the server side.
This application runs either online or offline if there is no connection. All offline data will be synchronized whenever online working starts.
Most CRM transactions including customers, activities, offers, orders, plans, tasks, opportunities, cases, documents, material and products, reminders and faxes are reachable via this mobile application.
In addition to new record creation, existing records can be edited as well.
If the phone service is activated, call logs can be integrated with CRM server.
If location service is activated, location info together with transaction info is send to CRM server. Periodic location info is an additional option.
This mobile application inclueds personalized dashboards designed on the server side.
