About Smart Wear Notification

English

Send sound and speech to your watch when call or notification received

!!! You need an android wear watch to use this app !!!

Get Smart alerts on your watch when you receive notifications on your phone

Have your watch read your notifications aloud

Custom call ringtone:

• Replace the default watch ringtone with any other sound (set your watch on vibrate to disable it's own ringtone otherwise it will still be played)

• Associate ringtones with contacts

• Use Text to speech to make the app tell you the name of the caller (can be limited to the contacts you choose)

Associate alert with:

• Applications

• Contacts

• Trigger events (Battery low or full on watch or phone, watch connected/disconnected,Hourly Beep)

• Custom filters : associate conditions and exclusions (app, contact or any text)

Choose alert:

• Make your watch read the message aloud (if you watch has a speaker)

• Pick a notification sound or import your own (if you watch has a speaker)

• Enter a text to be said, for example contact name. (if you watch has a speaker)

• Set a vibrations pattern

SWN will let you use vibration patterns as alert.

You should not set too many vibration associations at first, otherwise you will get lost.

Try to add a couple of them and when you get accustomed to "listening" to them add some more

Patterns:

A vibration pattern is a sequence of vibrations and/or pauses.

Each vibration can be set to very short, short, long or very long.

Using pauses inside the patterns allows you extends the possibilities.

Each vibration length is associated with a color.

Pause is associated with gray.

You can customize each duration at will.

For clarity a pattern is represented as a sequence of arcs (see screenshot)

Settings:

Pre Vibration Delay:

If enabled the vibrations will only be played after this delay: can be useful to avoid mismatch with android wear own vibration

Vibration Pre Alert:

You can set a pre alert pattern that will be played first.

This will inform you a vibration pattern is about to be played so that you can concentrate on the pattern

Duration modifier:

To modify all durations together

Interval:

To set the interval between each element of the pattern

If you have android M or above doze mode might create issues. You should allow SWN to run even in doze mode\n

You can do this on your phone: Settings/Battery/Battery Optimization.

Select SWN and choose "Don't optimize"

On some phones android stop sending notification info to other apps. If you don't receive notifications anymore try to disable/enable notification access setting.\n

You can access this dialogue from SWN settings tab.

The application is still in Development.

While in development it will stay free.

Some features might become premium later.
