Users will be able to view multiple municipal accounts and balances, download their statement in PDF as well as email and print statement. The Smart Community app will also enable citizens to report incorrect billing to the municipality.
Users are able to provide feedback and recommendations using the feedback page provided on the application. Other features includes Frequently Asked Questions about the city services. Users with the registered E-Services account will get more personalized information about the services.
The application has emergency numbers from the municipality, such as ambulance number, fire department and metro police department etc.
