This app provides a simple solution to watch IPTV on your android device. Just provide the .m3u playlist URL by your service provider or load the playlist from local storage and you are good to go. EPG is fully supported as well.

Prerequisites:

You must have an IPTV service provider who provides you a M3U URL for channels and an EPG URL for EPG support. If you have a free to air M3U playlist, that will also work.
