PERMISSIONS:
To perform the described function, the application uses the following permissions.
✔ MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Full access to delete, move, and manage files across all storage directories.
✔ WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Allows deleting files, cache, large media, and other unnecessary files. Works only on Android 9 (API 28) and below. Deprecated in Android 10+ and replaced with Scoped Storage and MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. android:maxSdkVersion=""29"" is used to prevent requesting it on newer versions
✔ QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES : Show a list of installed apps and their storage usage to help users decide which apps to clean/uninstall.
