megatel designed ShareForm® to support the task of mobile data collection by service personnel. ShareForm® is optimized for deployment in various industries.
ShareForm® consists of a web and a mobile application. It replaces the handling of paper forms and data transmission faults due to misunderstandings over the telephone. ShareForm® is an Android App with excellent ergonomics and leads the users step by step through the data capturing process. Data once submitted to the server is processed and checked for consistency. Inconsistent information synced back to the device and the problematic portions are marked with hints for correction.
The web application part of the ShareForm® service offers a form designer. Projects and individual forms are created here. Form elements can be tagged as mandatory. Submenus and grouping options make it easier to navigate the forms on the mobile device.
Mobile form content is synced back continuously with the ShareForm® service and can be evaluated at any time in the Web application or via download.
Alternatively, ShareForm® integrates directly into the existing infrastructure.
