Secure Messenger is a professional security enhanced text messaging application.

Secure Messenger is a professional security enhanced sms&mms messaging application that serves as a full replacement for the default Android text messaging application. Messages (SMS, MMS) to other Secure Messenger users are full encrypted over the air, and all text messages are stored in an encrypted database on the device. If your phone is lost or stolen, your messages will be safe, and communication with other Secure Messenger users can't be monitored over the air. All text messages are encrypted with your passphrase before being stored. This encryption includes the bodies of the text messages themselves, but the destination information is not currently encrypted. Your encrypted messages can be backed up or transferred to a new device by exporting them from the thread list view menu. A lost password cannot be recovered. To continue using Secure Messenger when a password has been lost the app must be uninstalled and reinstalled, and all messages will be lost!
