S2k Route Sales allows your sales team to make sales and deliver goods right at the spot. Our mobile app can work both online and offline. You can assign a DSD route to a group of customers and then assign that route to the sales person. The sales reps will load their truck(mobile warehouses) with inventory from the main warehouse and then sync their tablets to go for their daily routes. The app keeps track of the inventory on the truck and let the user generate a sales order on the spot and print invoice receipt using a bluetooth printer. Your sales rep can use a bluetooth barcode scanner to scan products for adding them to the shopping basket. Your rep can accept cash, check and/or credit cards as payments.
Currently this app is integrated with our S2k Enterprise system but can easily be integrated with any other enterprise software. If you are using the app offline then it will send the sales information when the device connects to the internet otherwise the information is immediately visible in your ERP system. Searching for products is a breeze with typeahead filter. Your sales force can also collect payment from the stores for past orders.
