Continuous Change

One of the principles behind agile development is the welcoming of change. We do not like to freeze scope, even not for 2 to 4 weeks. Festa SAAS contains a dedicated Change Request (CR) module that separates the CR workflow from the project plan. The impact analysis is entirely based on FPA, providing you and your customer detailed insight of the CR impact. The MDA principles of Festa Engine ensures that changes will not disrupt the quality of your software. That is why we are not afraid to accept changes up to a few days before 'going live'. We call this the concept of 'Continuous Change'.
