The DJILaw application is designated for Clients using Dorrington Jessop’s Law Portal to communicate in real time with their Attorney, and have access to their Matter Documents, Accounts, Calendar Events, as well as the unique feature known as the StrongRoom for the storage of their important Personal Documents, accessible through their Smart Devices. The Platform is highly secure with SSL Certificate and 256bit encryption and compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

StrongRoom

- Client can save personal, business or trust documents to your Clients private or shared folder in the Portal

- Documents that should be kept together, such as ID, Passport, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, CV, medical aid policy, insurance (etc) can be sorted on the Portal in your clients StrongRoom

- Client can choose to save documents in a Shared or Private space, either accessible by the Attorney or only accessible by the Client

News and Media

- The Law Portal provides a news and media page that the Client can select the news items and topics they wish to receive

- Notifications are sent to your Smart Device advising of any new uploads of News articles in your interest selections

- Notices published by the Firm will automatically be promoted to the top of each list and notified to the Client to enhance communication of important information
