If you drive a long way every day and feel the pinch of the rising fuel prices, we think that sharing the journey with someone going in the same route at the same time (quiet possible considering that we have Billions of people in the world) is something that is worth considering.
We also felt that there are a lot of people out there who are dependent on public transportation who would like to grab a lift from someone with a reference.
Putting two and two together, we came up with Route 11.
Route 11 offers the following
If you are a vehicle owner – you can post rides and accept requests from people who want to tag along.
If you want to grab a ride, you can search the rides matching your timing/locationand request for a ride.
It is mainly designed and developed for smartphones (because we think that people on the move will use this platform a lot).
It is completely FREE for users and all you need to do is register and start using it.
It offers a platform where safety and reference is given importance – users need to provide their vehicle identification, verify their email accounts and riders are given the choice to accept / reject a ride request.
And of course –sharing rides is always good for the environment as each of us can reduce the carbon footprint and make the world a better place to live in.
