No matter whether you’re looking to buy or rent in the city capital or anywhere in Ghana. No matter if your budget is 200 cedis or 1,500 cedis. No matter if you have a substantial deposit or none at all. And, if you have an existing property that just isn’t shifting, we can help with that, too.

We deal with matching of verified apartments to vetted clients, at no upfront cost to the landowner. We have well trained homecheckers, where we match buyers with landowners and/ or developers who build properties to a customer’s exact specifications. We manage all of this, taking the hassle away from you.

The cost to you, the property owner? Not a cedi until your property is purchased and, even then,we take 3% commission in all cases. For Property owners renting smaller rooms we take zero cedis for matching you to verified tenants.

The cost to our verified tenant is unbeatable, we take a fixed amount based on the type of accommodation which ranges from as low as 50 cedis to 500 cedis. Don’t panic! We are not taking a cedi from you till we successfully match you to a convenient room.
