Remembrancer

Compact app helping you to learn and remember new words using timely reminders.

Ever been reading a book, watching TV or engaged in a conversation and you read or hear a word you don't know? Perhaps you did know it once but it never lodged in your memory.

If that sounds like you then Remembrancer can help! This compact and tidy app allows you to add words to your own personal list and reminds you of the word and its meaning on a regular basis to help you commit the word to memory.

Remembrancer will also offer you tips to help get the word well and truly remembered!

Instructions:

Once you find a word, you can type or paste it into Remembrancer. You can also share the text from another app using it's share menu. Then, you can look up the meaning by pressing the Lookup button or simply paste a meaning into Remembrancer.

That's it - press the Remember button and you will be reminded on the day you enter it, the next day, a week out and two weeks hence via the Android notification system. This tried and tested formula helps you remember the word and hopefully use it in the future.
