1. Providing Assistance based on policy number filled by customer during registration this will allow users to download the application and fill some basic vehicle and customer information. This information is stored on our server and whenever you open the app during a assistance need the application will allow you to send location information and ensure the help is available in very short duration.
2. The application also provides an option to call a direct number in case of emergencies and other network issues if the application is not getting proper internet coverage.
The application is compatible with all versions of Android Phones and can be used only if data plan is available or you are connected to a WIFI network. The application will keep record of your history of vehicle information and personal information and allow using the same during the assistance is requested.
The application is only available for India as of now.
