What Throughput tells you the throughput you actually benefit from via the performance of your connection (downlink speed, upward speed, latency) but also the quality of certain common uses (watching a streaming video, loading web pages)

3 - A readable and relevant notation

It is the only application that allows you to obtain a truly qualitative assessment of your connection to the mobile Internet via a closed scale ranging from 0 to 10. This rating is calculated on the basis of an algorithm developed by the UFC -That Choose so as to provide personalized, readable and relevant information.

4 - QuelDebit is a participatory application!

We are going to create together, a barometer of operators based on all the results obtained by users. This barometer will be published and regularly updated in the Mobile Internet Quality Observatory launched by UFC-Que Choisir.

Then, thanks to these results, we will be able to make the public authorities aware of the reality of the quality of the mobile services offered to consumers in the territory.
