QAT SNAP application is created to facilitate the QAT conduction monitoring team and ADU. It makes data entering of QAT monitoring school easy. The automatic report generation helps the monitoring team to evaluate the school on set measures. Benefits to the system being replaced by the application to be developed would be a system that is easier to use and also much faster than the previous system (e.g. record will no longer take minutes but rather seconds to perform). The user interface is also to be designed in such a way that it will be easy for the Monitoring Team to understand and stores school data in the app. This app makes it easier to use monitoring process and possibly save money due to reduced resources needed comparing to the old manual system. The proposed system is very secure as no chances or modification of data can be made as it depends on the IMEI code and password.
