Potato Services of Idaho began operation in Spring of 1993. As veterans of the potato industry, Terry Mortensen and Thane Siddoway recognized the need for a disinfecting service that would clean and sanitize potato storages, ventilation pipes, and equipment, as well as offer post-harvest fogging.
At PSI, we have worked hard to develop an effective system for cleaning and disinfecting potato storages. We have also built revolutionary machines for cleaning, disinfecting, and straightening the ventilation pipe in storages.
We offer disinfecting chemicals labeled for use in treating storage diseases.The application system we have developed for applying these chemicals to storage facilities, or to the potatoes while in storage, are simple and efficient.
