Best Results Replication Policy Studies Project Overseas Loans and Grants

Utilization of Foreign Loans and Grants (PHLN) should not only be seen in terms of the need for additional funding. PHLN has a role as a lever and catalyst of development, with its utilization as a means of sharing learning (transfer of knowledge), lever investment (investment leverage) and increase the role of Indonesia in international cooperation (international cooperation).

This policy study summarizes the scaling up Best Results Project Overseas Loans and Grants. PHLN project implementation had been providing results and direct benefits for recipients, as well as generate a lot of experience and lessons learned (successes and failures) obtained either at the level of concept, technical, and project management.

The results and benefits of the project PHLN should not stop after the project ends. Therefore, the government directed that the sustainability of the project can be addressed and strengthened.

The study is expected this policy can be used as material for the advanced study of stakeholders, academics, and the general public interested in the study of development.
