Added new keyboard layout - phone keypad style. The options screen has an option to change between keyboards.
Added the ability to change the strength of the vibration when pressing a key on the keyboard and when getting an answer wrong.
Changed the layout of the high scores to a tabbed layout.
Changed question generation so that the solution is never the same twice in a row.
