Contact your Ostara Australia Employment Consultant who will provide you with a temporary password. Once you have downloaded Ostara Assist, to register you simply enter your Jobseeker Identification Number (JSID) and your temporary password, which can be later updated within Ostara Assist. If you have any difficulty downloading or registering Ostara Assist, contact your local Ostara Australia office for assistance.
