1-Dashboard – This summarized reports about Utilisation of Resources, Non Submission of time, task overdue and overrun ratio. These dashboards are available for the last week, last month and year-to-date.
2-Time Sheet Entry- Employees are allowed to input their respective time against job/project they have worked on.
3-Expense Sheet- Any expenses incurred for the execution of the job/project, employees can use this option to submit their expenses.
4-Approval- Reporting managers will have an option to approve or reject their team’s requests such as time sheet, expense sheet, Job/Project, Invoice etc.
5-People Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of everyone working within Osource and this also allows users to call or email using this application.
6-Contact Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of customers where the user are mapped and this also allows users to call or email using this application.
7-Prospect- This option enable business development team to create new prospects and the user can also create contact details of the new prospects.
