HOW IT WORKS FOR EMPLOYERS
1. Search for real people
Search for the profession you want to hire and the location, from over half a million real people in Australia. Filter your results by skills, certifications, age, work history and more. Browse your results and continue filtering until you find the people you are looking for.
2. Make a Wishlist
When going through your results, swipe right to add them to your Wishlist or swipe left to remove candidates from your search. Adding a candidate to a Wishlist will send them a message asking if they are available, and you will be notified as soon as they respond.
3. We notify the marketplace
Once your search is complete, we will notify the marketplace that a company just like you is searching for someone with the skills that you have selected. They will be able to express their interest and we will update you daily via email.
4. Contact them and hire
Contact unlimited candidates directly from the App or save your searches to hire later. New candidates sign up every day so you can view new profiles when you come back.
HOW IT WORKS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Complete your OneShift profile
Creating a profile allows businesses to search for and find you. Improve your chances to be contacted by making your profile as full as possible (resume, profile photo, updated skills and qualifications).
2. See who is shortlisting you
See what employers have shortlisted you for. Browse through thousands of job opportunities and filter by profession, skill, location and more.
3. Express interest
Swipe right to express your interest in a position. Employers will immediately receive a message, introducing you and letting them know you are happy to be contacted by them.
4. Start a conversation
Expect a call or SMS, but you can also send them a message if you want to stand out from the other candidates.
