Get LifeCoach [No Longer Supported] old version APK for Android

This version is no longer supported. The new version of the LifeCoach app can be downloaded here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.firstbaptistraytownwithbrandonpark.lifecoach
Users of the old version can use the same login information to access the new app. Once the new version has been downloaded, the old version can be uninstalled.

- Added notification about promotion to coach when the module is completed
- Optimized the main coach training menu so it loads faster
- Fixed an issue that prevented the lesson from showing it had been completed
- Fixed an issue that prevent the next week from unlocking when the previous week was completed
