We model ourselves on the typical the Vietnamese street vendor. That means, we prepare everything fresh and make our food to order. Nothing is prepackaged - we think this is how food should be - simple, fresh and delicious.

Hawker was founded with a simple aim - to raise the standard of eating habits in the UK. The Vietnamese, although living on $3,000 a year on average, are the second happiest nation on the planet. We think the Vietnamese diet plays a huge part in this, which is why we have built Hawker firmly on Vietnamese values when it comes to food. We use the highest grade and freshest ingredients we can find; from our bread to our coffee, we don't cut any corners - you'll definitely taste it in every item on our menu!

Our menu caters for dairy-free, gluten-free, alcohol-free, vegetarian, vegan as well as meat-hungry diets. With something for everyone, our food has been profoundly inspired from family recipes passed down for generations from the southern region of Vietnam, around Saigon.
