Halton Housing Trust

This app enables Halton Housing tenants to report housing problems and repairs.

The app also allows the reporting of various issues such as street repairs, graffiti and anti-social behaviour.

In addition to housing repairs reporting, My Landlord provides tenants with a range of information and other services from Halton Housing. There is access to Universal Jobmatch from JobCentre Plus, Universal Credit and The Money Advice Service, as well as a range of local services, news and information.

This application is not designed or suitable for the purposes of reporting emergency repairs.
