Recently, Marvel Snap revealed some information about the upcoming Spider-Versus season. Initially, there were leaks about a new card called Spider-Man 2099 that was going to be released with Power 5 but it ended up being changed to Power 6 and still costing 4 Energy. However, more leaks have now surfaced providing details on Series 4 and Series 5 cards that will be featured in the game for next season.
Marvel Snap leaks reveal one Series 5 and two Series 4 cards
Marvel Snap will be launching a new season called Spider-Versus on June 5, which is based on the theme of the recently released movie, Spider-Man – Across the Spider-Verse. The cards that are going to be introduced feature mainly main characters from this film. According to leaked information, Marvel Snap plans to release only one card in their Ultra Pool Series 5 Collection - Silk's card with 2 Cost and 5 Power.
There are rumors of more cards appearing in Marvel Snap, including Spider-Man 2099 which we've already discussed and confirmed to have a cost of 4 and power level of 6. Additionally, the game will introduce Spider-Ham with a cost of only 1 and power level of also just 1.
Unexpectedly, both of these cards will be available in Series 4. The Season Pass reward card features Ghost Spider, a significant supporting character from the film. This particular card has a cost of 2 and a power level of 3.
