In the application, you will find tabs for “My Account”, “Invoices and Meter Reading”, “Requests”, and “Change of Contact”, which will provide current information to you simply and quickly and enable you to address the following matters:
Report your water meter self-reading
See your invoices and payments
Find the current water rates
Change your contact information
Obtain regular information on water supply interruptions and planned water supply outages in the cities or communities of your interest
Monitor your water consumption
Register to receive invoices in electronic form
Make an appointment at the customer centre at your convenience
Send requests and monitor their progress status
You will receive a login (Account name) and password for accessing the “My Water” application by means of a registered letter based on your registration in the online customer account. When logging in to the application for the first time, please change the password provided to a new one.
By saving your access password on your smartphone, you acknowledge that the data in your customer account may be changed in the event of loss or theft of the device.
Should you have any suspicion of misuse of the password and/or its disclosure to a third party, you can change your password online or contact your customer centre.
The creation of a customer account is accessible to all customers of the Veolia Voda Group companies on their websites. The following companies are part of the Veolia Voda Group : 1.
