Through a web-based user interface, administrators of the IT systems can manage a list of users (mobile phone numbers) who are eligible to receiving the corresponding alert messages.
The alert messages can either be generated by the system automatically under specified circumstances or entered by the administrators.
After downloading the mobile application, users need to register with their mobile phone number. The system will check the registered phone number with the lists managed by administrators to identify the messages that the user is eligible to receive.
The messages will be sent to the mobile phones through notifications. Users can flag, forward or delete the messages using the application. The messages will be filed under the “Read”, “Unread” and “Flag” folders according to the status.
