The novelty of MovaInvoice is that its operation is based on Web services connected to a Data Server via the Internet (Cloud), which means we can have the application generating Invoices, Orders, Estimations, Items and Clients at any time and anywhere, provided we have an Internet connection.
Although it is intended to operate for times when we do not have Internet access, (only for Invoices, Estmations and Orders) and temporarily store in the device. And so, at the time when we can connect to the network, send information to the data center.
The application has a unique ID for each installation GUID, and also a username and a password to protect your configuration data.
With these credentials may also access the Web application in http://www.movalink.com (WebInvoice) where you can access the information generated from the SmartPhone with MovaInvoice. Here in addition you can consulting the information generated from the SmartPhone, you can also create new items or customers, which may be imported from MovaInvoice app from the SmartPhone.
As we can see the communication between the MovaInvoice (SmartPhone) and WebInvoice (Web) is in both directions.
The application is multilingual (Spanish / English), depending on the configuration of your SmartPhone.
1. - Create items:
* When creating these items are sent to the data server on the Internet (Cloud). To start using them you need to press button Get Items(VERY IMPORTANT), so having them on the device (SmartPhone) and use them when we have no connection.
2. - Create customers:
* When customers believe they are sent to the data server on the Internet (Cloud). To start using them you need to press button Get Clients(VERY IMPORTANT), so having them on the device (SmartPhone) and use them when we have no connection.
Note: Articles and Clients can also be created from the web application in www.movalink.com WebInvoice and then import them MovaInvoice (SmartPhone) Customers Read the options and read items.
3. - Create Invoices, Orders and Estimations: This is the fundamental objective of the application.
-For each document can choose the creation date and form of payment.
-Also allows us to store in the SmartPhone up to 20 documents, or send them directly to the Data Server on the Internet (Cloud). You can view or print from WebInvoice.
-Created documents can be sent by e-mail client, depending on whether we have a configuration, in the Application Preferences.
