The job postings managed using the Montana Employment Recruiter Application can be found by Montana job seekers who use their local Job Service office, website, or the Montana Job Search mobile app.
After logging into the application employers are able to
1. Create new job postings
2. See a list of open jobs and get more details
3. See a list of closed jobs and get more details
4. Copy or close the job posting
5. Update basic account information including company information and worksite addresses.
This service is offered free of charge to Montana employers by the Workforce Services Division of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. The mobile app, website, and Job Service offices throughout the state provide a combined service to employers to help them find the best candidate for their job opening. Our goal is to provide each employer the level of care and attention they need to prepare for and conduct a successful job candidate search.
