Marco’s Zone is a very young, dynamic space that makes people very motivated to pursue their sports goals! Marco's Zone will tailor a fitness plan for you, and arrange all the most suitable and excellent exercises into the customized fitness plan. At Marco’s Zone, we are not limited to helping you change your body shape, but also want to restore your confidence and self-confidence through exercise, and achieve a stronger self!

Your head coach, Marco, has had a strong interest in fitness since he was a child. Because of his passion for fitness and sports and his understanding of the bitterness and entanglement, he will support customers infinitely to achieve their fitness goals. In addition, after graduating from the University of British Columbia in Canada, Marco will go to Hong Kong to develop his fitness career, and later obtained the Australian Athletic Fitness Professional Personal Trainer (ATFP) qualification and Exercise Science and Physical Fitness Foundation (AASEP) certificate. Marco is a very reliable fitness partner who will not only clearly understand your needs, but will also assist you in reaching your fitness goals in the most effective way.
