The fifth phase of the Leading with Distinction initiative, Getting to Effortless, is focused on the importance of creating an effortless relationship with our key stakeholders. The program content, tailored to the specific needs of the General Manager audience, will address four key concept areas: Why Effortless?, Effortless for Our Customers, Effortless for Our Partners, Effortless for Our People.
By leveraging a range of execution formats (lecture discussions, discovery exercises, individual activities) and expertise (industry thought-leaders and internal leaders), this LwD initiative aims to achieve the following goals:
Reinforce existing LwD themes (Customer-centricity, Innovation, Leadership);
Create a case for change around the customer, employee and partner experience;
Empower the GM audience to take ownership of key strategic priorities;
Improve leadership capabilities.
