LEEDIR (Large Emergency Event Digital Information Repository) is a mobile and web application that enables citizen eyewitnesses to submit photos and videos to law enforcement and relief agencies during major terrorist/criminal events and natural disasters that occur in the United States.

When a major emergency event occurs within the US, the ability to upload photos and videos will be immediately activated inside the app.

Eyewitnesses will be able to:

- Read detailed information about what photos and videos are needed during a major emergency event.

- Easily submit a photo or video from their mobile camera, camera roll, Facebook Albums, and more.

- (optional) Provide additional text information (description, tags, etc) about the photo or video

- (optional) Provide contact information for any follow up communication
