WHAT DO KIDS LEARN?

Learnia teaches spelling and maths to kids in grade 1, 2 and 3. (Ages 5 to 8)

Math covers the full common core curriculum.

HOW DO KIDS LEARN IT?

The Land Of Learnia is stuffed with 100s of fun exercises, lectures and challenges. These are organized on ‘skill stones’. Kids explore and master skill stones at their own pace and in the order they prefer.

WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES?

Exercises are hands-on. Kids move marbles into circles, move the hands on a clock, pour liquids into vessels, Move cubes in 100s, 10s and 1s, stack blocks etc.

Children spell words by moving letters, solve word puzzles and write numbers as handwriting.

Learnia is the tablet version of sensorial materials.

HOW IS THIS FUN FOR KIDS?

Kids earn rewards and buy pets (🐰 🐧 🐸) to feed and look after.

In addition kids earn 🎁 game time that can be used to play 6 brainy games.

WHAT IS THIS ‘WORLD TO EXPLORE' ?

The Land Of Learnia is a 3D world of islands with 2 paths running through. The paths (spelling and math) are blocked by ‘skill stones’. Each skill stone teaches one topic and contains a number of exercises, lectures and a test. When kids master a skill stone it will step aside.

IS LEARNIA SUITABLE FOR USE IN CLASSROOM?

Learnia’s features make it a great tool in the classroom. Teachers 👩‍🏫 (and parents 👪) can remotely view student progress in real time.

Learnia remembers mistakes so that teachers and parents can review missed questions with children at any time.

WHAT DOES SPELLING COVER?

A total of 120 spelling lessons each with around 16 words. Kids solve crosswords and word search puzzles as well as many fun exercises to study for the final challenge.

All progress is stored on-line. With a simple password, children can play using any tablet. Kids can play at home and at school. All progress will be synched.
