Sensor Lab

Sensor Lab is an all-in-one sensor test toolbox that turns your phone's built-in sensors

and hardware into simple, honest tools. No clutter and no fake readings — just clear,

live data you can actually use, plus a multi-sensor data logger for when you want to

record it.

Whether you're a student, maker, DIY tinkerer, or just curious what your phone can

measure, Sensor Lab puts 15 tools in one clean app.

🧭 MOTION & POSITION

• Compass — find magnetic north

• Bubble level — check if a surface is flat

• Accelerometer, gyroscope & magnetometer live readouts

• Gyro spin meter

📏 METERS

• Sound level meter (decibel-style mic meter)

• Audio spectrum analyzer

• Light meter (lux)

• Proximity sensor tester

• Metal detector — magnetic-field detector

📷 CAMERA TOOLS

• QR code & barcode scanner

• Heart-rate check using the camera (just for fun)

🛠️ SYSTEM & UTILITIES

• Flashlight with strobe & SOS

• Vibration tester

• Device info & full sensor dashboard — see every sensor your phone has

📊 SENSOR LOGGER

The standout feature: record multiple sensors at once to CSV. Choose your sources and

sample rate, watch a live chart while it runs, then open, rename, share or export your

logs. Perfect for science projects, experiments and motion analysis.

🔒 YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Sensor readings and recordings are processed on your device and saved only inside the

app — we never upload them. Ads use a standard Google advertising ID; that is the only

data that leaves your phone.

✅ HONEST BY DESIGN

Readings depend on your specific phone's hardware and are meant for everyday,

educational use — not certified measurement. The heart-rate tool is for fun and is NOT a

medical device. The metal detector senses changes in the magnetic field around your phone.

Free to use with ads. A one-time "Remove ads" purchase unlocks an ad-free experience —

no subscription.
