Access K8 Field Service and K8 Manufacturing from your device.

Connect to your system via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Work offline; your changes are cached and will automatically sync when you have connectivity.

Field Service features:

- View job details and history, customer information, and parts required

- View and complete jobs in your queue

- Search site, van and warehouse stock

- Photo capture

- Signature capture

- Job updates are regularly sent and received, keeping the device in sync with K8 Field Service, and keeping the service desk up-to-date with job progress

Despatch features:

- “Pick and Pack”: Scan items as you pack them for shipping

- Scans are sent to K8 Manufacturing where they are matched for shipping / delivery notes and invoicing

- Supports most barcode formats in 1D and 2D

- Scans via Motorola DataWedge-compatible devices or the rear camera

This app is compatible with K8 Field Service and K8 Manufacturing v.11 and later.

The K8 Field Service app connects to your system, meaning you have full control over which users and devices can connect. No information is stored on a central server.
