Creating & Editing Workouts
Create workout template(s) in a familiar three tier hierarchy (Workout - Exercise - Set). Simply name and create a workout, then move onto creating / editing exercises within that workout, and lastly add in the sets of exercise(s) to create your workout list.
Use the app's simple calendar interface to assign a workout template for today or any future date. You can assign multiple workouts to a day (for those two-a-days and beyond) and assign the same workout to multiple days.
When you have a workout or workouts scheduled for today's date, you will be easily able to modify your workout as you complete it. Simply check the checkbox when you have completed the set to indicate completion. Workout(s) in this mode are entirely editable so if you decide to add more or less weight, change the order in which you did an exercise or completely change up the routine for that day, you can do it all within this feature.
With this feature you will be able to see if you've completed a workout today or in the past and if you have any scheduled for a future date. Simply, select a date on the calendar and the app will either notify you that no workout(s) were logged for that day or take you to summarized viewing of your workout.
